Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern use of PixelHubz, a service that imports leads and dispatches them as conversion events to ad platforms a client connects (Meta, Google, LinkedIn). By creating an account or using PixelHubz on behalf of a client, you agree to these terms.

What PixelHubz does

PixelHubz is a conduit, not a source, of lead data. We don't generate leads; we take the leads a client already has — from a CSV export or a connected CRM — and forward them, formatted to each platform's requirements, to the ad accounts that client has enabled.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the leads you upload. By importing a lead into PixelHubz, you're confirming you have a lawful basis to collect, hold, and forward that person's information for conversion tracking — including any consent required for advertising use under applicable law and the connected platform's own terms (Meta's Business Tools Terms in particular).

Account security. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Ad platform accounts. Your Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad accounts are yours, not ours. PixelHubz only holds the credentials needed to send conversion events on your behalf; we're not a party to your agreements with those platforms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use PixelHubz to:

• Import or dispatch data you don't have the right to collect or share
• Attempt to access another client's leads, integrations, or account data
• Interfere with the service's normal operation (e.g., attempting to bypass rate limits or authentication)
• Use the service for anything unlawful

Service availability

We aim to keep PixelHubz reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, and issues on connected platforms' side (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) that are outside our control, can affect dispatch timing or availability.

Limitation of liability

PixelHubz is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost advertising spend or missed conversions caused by a connected platform rejecting or delaying a dispatch.

Termination

You can stop using PixelHubz and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or poses a risk to the service or other clients.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change materially. Continued use of PixelHubz after a change means you accept the revised terms.
