Turn every lead into a tracked conversion.
Import leads from a CRM or CSV and PixelHubz dispatches them straight to Meta, Google, and LinkedIn — hashed, formatted, and logged, without a spreadsheet in sight.
Ad platforms never see what happens after the click.
PixelHubz is server-to-server conversion tracking for marketing agencies and businesses running lead-generation ad campaigns. An ad platform's own pixel only ever sees what happens in the browser at the moment someone fills out a form — it never sees whether that lead turned into a real sale, or when. PixelHubz closes that loop: it pulls leads out of the CRM or spreadsheet they actually live in and reports them back to Meta, Google, and LinkedIn as properly formatted, hashed, matched conversion events, so ad platforms can optimize campaigns against real outcomes instead of just form submissions.
Import your leads
Pull them from a CRM or drop in a CSV. Either way, they land in PixelHubz ready to dispatch — no manual re-entry.
Connect your ad accounts
Link Meta, Google, and LinkedIn once per client. Credentials are encrypted at rest and scoped to that client only.
Every lead fires automatically
Each new lead dispatches to every enabled destination in the background, with a full log of what was sent and when.
Two ways in, one normalized shape out.
CRM connectors
Webhooks or scheduled polling from LeadSquared, Salesforce, Zoho, Sell.Do, or a generic custom webhook — a lead lands the moment a CRM creates or updates it.
CSV import
Bulk-upload a spreadsheet with a column-mapping wizard, dispatched immediately or targeted at one specific ad account.
Sends each lead as a server-side event to a client's Meta Pixel, with PII normalized and hashed using Meta's own capi-param-builder SDK.
Uploads through the Google Ads API, matched by hashed user identifiers or by gclid depending on how the lead was captured — see below.
Sends hashed user identifiers against a conversion rule already created in the client's LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Two ways a lead becomes a Google Ads conversion.
Both upload through the Google Ads API's REST conversion upload service, gated by a developer token, authenticated per client via OAuth against that client's own connected Google Ads account — PixelHubz never uses a shared or platform-wide ad account.
Enhanced Conversions for Leads
For leads that don't carry a click ID — most CRM and CSV leads — PixelHubz uploads hashed user identifiers (email, phone) through the Google Ads API's ConversionUploadService, so Google can match the conversion back to the ad click that generated it without ever receiving raw PII.
Offline Conversion Import
For leads captured with a gclid at submission time — a landing-page form, for example — PixelHubz uploads the conversion tied directly to that click, through the same API.
A full audit trail
Every dispatch attempt is recorded per lead, per destination — the exact payload sent, and either the platform's raw response or the exact error it returned. Nothing fails silently.
Outgoing routing rules
A lead only fires to a destination when it matches a rule your team defines — by default, nothing dispatches until a rule says it should. No accidental sends.
Real multi-tenant isolation
Every client's credentials, leads, and send history are kept fully separate from every other client on the platform — not just filtered in a shared table.
Every ad-platform credential — access tokens, pixel IDs, Google Ads customer IDs — is encrypted at rest and scoped to the one client it belongs to. Personally identifying fields are hashed before they ever leave PixelHubz for a platform that requires it; PixelHubz never stores or forwards raw PII beyond what's needed to make the match.
Do you get access to my ad accounts?
No. Each client connects their own Meta, Google, and LinkedIn account via OAuth. PixelHubz never sends leads through a shared or platform-wide ad account.
What happens if Google or Meta rejects a lead?
The dispatch is marked failed with the exact status and response body the platform returned, visible against that lead — so you can see and fix the real cause, not just "it didn't work."
Can a lead go to just one ad account instead of every connected one?
Yes. The CSV import wizard can target a single connected account, and CRM leads only dispatch to accounts an outgoing routing rule explicitly matches.
Which CRMs are supported?
LeadSquared, Salesforce, and Zoho out of the box, plus Sell.Do and any system that can call a generic custom webhook — with scheduled polling available for CRMs that can't push.
